El gazpacho andaluz y sus variantes

El gazpacho andaluz es uno de los platos más demandados por los extranjeros, así como para cualquier turista español que visita Andalucía sobre todo si este viaje lo realiza en verano. Consiste en una sopa fría que no tiene demasiada complicación (pero requiere mucho “arte”) a la hora de ser elaborado y que consta principalmente de verduras troceadas, tomate, cebolla y ajo. Sin embargo, las variantes que hay tanto dentro de España como en el extranjero han provocado que el término “gazpacho” sea utilizado para una infinidad de platos, no siempre parecidos al clásico gazpacho andaluz.
